Lily: Dad, can you make me a peanut butter sandwich with no jelly?
Me: No jelly?
Lily: I don't like jelly.
Me: Hmmm. You must be the only kid who doesn't like jelly.
Lily: I like PEANUT BUTTER!!
Are they really this hungry?

They have some of the dirtiest trucks out there. You know something is wrong went they don't even wash the truck.

The free jelly trick is good. My favortie is the Watkins & Shepard free hot dog trick. Put two hot dogs on one bun and cover it with all the free condiments at the truck stop. This way, you'll only get charged for one hot dog.
77smartin, No Name 38 and truckon Thank this. -
Or put as many dogs as you can in a fountain cup, lid on and a straw... lolTruckDuo Thanks this. -
Watkins & Shepard trick #2: Put ketchup into a cup of hot water = Tomato soup
truckon Thanks this. -
Hell they should had ask for water and extra lemons, then start making lemonade with the sugar on the table to wash down that jelly
Truckergirl0720 and TruckDuo Thank this. -
I usually get the pizza from the dumpster at Flying J. Just pick off all the cigarette butts and MMMMM! A meal fit for a CRST driver.

You know.. back when I was in college.. one summer a group
of us did the Cutko thing... selling cutlery.. well, we all were given and had the same opportunity.. but, it went differently for each of us... two did really really well and made good money, myself and another did alright but not as much as wewojld of liked, just enough to stick with it really... and the last three bombed and made nothing.. one ddidn't even cover the initial investment...
now, although truck driving isnt sales... the lesson I learned back in college still applies.... I learned that just being given the opportunity isnt enough.. it is what you make of the opportunity... looking back, I didnt make as much as my friends who did well because I didnt work it as hard or as smart as they did...
so.. with trucking it isnt always just the companies faul that some drivers cant even make enough to survive and eat on the road...
if I were one of those drivers that was out trucking and reduced to eating jelly... I would asked the waitress for an application...homeskillet and texasbbqbest Thank this.
