You must need some math help if you believe it.

Be happy doing what you're doing, don't let certain people down talk what you do. I run local and get my butt out of bed at midnight and typically work till 4 or 5 in the afternoon, most people think this is stupid, but I enjoy my job and at the end of the day that's all that matters. I don't work all those hours I'm in the truck, I have my day cab set up where I can stretch across the seat and take a nap, again I've been called crazy for that, BUT I LIKE IT!!!!!!! I'm glad you enjoy your job bud, and I don't care what anyone says that's pretty good money, keep the wheels turnin' and the paychecks comin' in.

Smitty66, One of your company recruiters just sent me a love letter. I am interested in them, but still have some research before I commit.

Are you riding up and down the east coast? Lot of Drop-n-hook? Do they have an aggressive anti-idling policy?

Yes they are, with freightliner cascadias. I was sent home today. They said they can't hire anyone that is on probation. I talked to my recruiter every day last week, and at the first day of orientation, I told HR, " hey you know Im on probation right?" they said yeah its no problem. Today it was a problem!!!!! Go figure
