I appreciate you sharing your experience and telling it like it is. The good news is this: You missed out on a marginal company that has a real shortage of leadership in operations. I suspect you will look back and be glad it worked out this way.:biggrin_25515:

Hope everyone had a good holidays. I had 8 days off. Got my truck PM'd and back out making money. Last week was rough. 3 out of 5 runs had the wrong pickup # and I spent alot of time waiting for the right #s.
We have alot of new people with the Link America merger and I figure on some issues. There is no perfect world and as frustrating as it is, you've got to take the good with the bad. I have been solo 6 months and Arnold is a good company to work for. My pay is right, my miles are consistent, my truck is reliable, my hometime is predictible and my experience overall has been positive.

NSB, I've been following your thread and have some questions . (I know some have been answered a couple months ago but maybe the answers have changed)

I live in Palm Coast, just graduated from FTI.

When you come home does Arnold allow you to drop the trailer in JAX and bobtail home every time?
If you don't mind me asking, what's the average pay been so far per week?
What is your average miles per week without nagging the dispatchers for loads?
What all endorsements do you have and which ones have you actually put to use?
    Do you go to Canada?
How long were you with your trainer?
How long before you can have a rider? And is there cost to you ?

    Thanks in advance..

Do they still have tuition reimbursement?Nothing on the web site about it.
Saw a ad for them for around Myrtle Beach but the closest terminal is on the other side of the state.
Wonder if would get the same amount of home time.

As of JAN 15 2013 they still do. The recruiter said it's at a rate of $150/ month . I don't remember the max they pay back but he said it was more then enough to cover my tuition($2900).

Well I do believe all things happen for good reason. Got on with a MUCH better Company, Abilene. What a wonderful bunch of professionals! Awesome safety rating and top notch trucks!
