Good luck on everything Arnold related. They just sent out fleet messages stating that no hometime is allowed to be taken on M-F. Weekends only. Good luck to anyone that has an important event in their life's.

Which by the way, that policy goes along with their other policy of 2 days max for time off. So not only are you told when your allowed to go home, your also told for how long. Doesn't matter if you stay out 8 weeks, you only get 2 days off

In my near 7 yrs of driving I have never been with a company that has such asinine policies.

There is no such policy on time off only on weekends.

They do preach in orientation that hometime is 24 hours off for every week worked, and that they PREFER you to take it on weekends but that it's not required.

However, in practice, no matter how many weeks you're out, 2 or 22, hometimes is 48 hours period (the planners will roast your FM otherwise). And the planners are pushing the FMs to have drivers do it on the weekends only, regardless of your individual or family's needs/wishes.

    Bbbykelly Thanks this.

Too bad they refuse to see that it's their incompetent cubicle drones and leadership that are the problem.

Yep. And the ones who refuse to be a drone get #### on by the drones themselves.
