This is not just an USA Truck, every company I ever worked for had this issue. Trailers get abused and neglected.

If it was picked up and was out of service, when driver sent in micro that he hooked up to a trailer that was out of service they always sent you a message to get another trailer, one you got is out of service. THey did me all the time.

My biggest issue at USA was not the bad trailers but drivers leaving them toooo LOW. Then to lazy to assist when you ask them to back under it since their truck was lower than mine so I could lower the landing gear more so I could get under it. Once I was told by 2 that they did not have time they had to hook to their own trailer. Another driver already hooked to his and was on his way out seen me trying to get under mine, dropped his and assisted. THe one who refused was still sitting with his fingers up his rear bobtailed when I was leaving.
