Depends on the driver, the job, how lazy the person is and so on. I did 140 last year but my dad who works for the post office did all of 39k but had 5 stops on his route each of which took around a good hour and a half.

It just depends. Short haul guys can do as little as 120 miles a day and long haul guys can do as much as 650+ in a day.

Not sure where they get that estimate from.

Swift usually retires trucks at the 4 year mark. They usually have somewhere around 500k.

Average? IDK, Probably 90-100k? I ran 147k last year, and it wasn't easy.

Can't imagine anyone running east of 29 gettin much over 110-120 hittin it hard.

I run short regional 5/6 states in the deep south. About 300+/- mile radius. I do about 75,000 - 85,000 a year. Just depends on how my year goes.

An average OTR driver will run between 120k and 130k. High performing OTR drivers will run north of 140k. My highest performing year I did 153k. My personal average is usually in the 140k average.
