Avoid All State Express!

If you are a smart driver you will avoid All State Express. The recruiters paint a pretty picture for drivers only for the driver to find out that the payments for the trucks continue to have to be made even though the dispatch cannot move the driver. Also the driver will sit for hours waiting to get loads and spend 3 or more weeks away from home. The dispatchers are hard to get along with. They make demands of the drivers and when a driver refuses to take the trip then the driver is placed on the black list or put at the bottom of the call list. Management is a joke. The safety manager is a lady that has never drove a truck or had to fill out a log book but wants to criticize a driver for violations that they do not know how to correct. The company has no incentives. No bonus. No pay increases. No insurance. No vacation. No company drivers as everyone is a independent contractor. Worst company to ever work for. Then when a driver leaves the company watch out because they will blow up the driver DAC report immediately for reasons which are lies. Stay away and avoid All State Express.
