I dont get it. Why is a driver allowed to come on here and bash a company that he or she was a problem with no repercussions

You must either be a company suit or work for the ATA with your clear anti-driver viewpoint.deathB4decaf, FlaSwampRat, buddyd157 and 1 other person Thank this.

When a driver complains about a company the company is more than welcome to respond here.
They very seldom do.88 Alpha, BigBob410, deathB4decaf and 5 others Thank this. -
Let's see, if the DRIVAH was a big enough problem the company eliminates same and makes appropriate noises in DAC or other things that really count and move on with life. If their universe should stop so a few senior suits could call you into the back room and chew you out for being a difficult child unable to do the work it will be a disruption to everyone else.
We are all young once. The lucky ones among us never grew up.
Suppose a company came here and ranted about how difficult the drivah were.
They would be ostracized and laughed out of the industry.FlaSwampRat and 88 Alpha Thank this. -
This is a silly thread. @Zack&Sethsdad stop being petty.

You run a pos 1099 gig or something? How professional would that look? As a business owner aren't you supposed to take the high road and not whine about "stupid" drivers? So how much you paying your drivers?
-
Anyone that has the unmitigated gall to be on whatever road I happen to be on, at the same time I’m on it, is stupid. That goes without saying.

I would say this other post of the OP
Makes this post winner winner chicken dinner.

You can typically tell by the driver's post or follow ups whether or not they have the right to say anything. People complain about people on a daily basis.
Truly, if a company is coming on here to talk bad about a driver, I don't want to hear it and I hire drivers. If they don't work out for you, let them go and move on.
If a driver worked for a company that genuinely treats their people bad, other drivers do want to hear about the issue before making a decision to apply somewhere.
You labeling people stupid, seems quite arbitrary to me.Lonesome and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
As my esteemed colleague, @REO6205 said, there have been company representatives register for this forum and respond to various and sundry accusations by their current or former drivers. As a moderator, I can tell you we welcome both sides to the story, but we do shut it down when it starts getting out of hand.
However, here is a novel approach to your question.... why not build your own forum where companies of all shapes and sizes can discuss their employees, their habits, their equipment, their rates, their expenses, etc.deathB4decaf, kemosabi49, Lonesome and 2 others Thank this.
