The outcome would really depend on who the shipper is to your company. If it's a large dedicated account getting banned might be an issue, if it's someplace that you guys pickup from every once in a while, probably not going to be a big deal.

If the place is giving you such a problem, why not just get banned?
Then you don't have to worry about, and you will get different loads.

    2 Walmart dist centers.

first time I arrived 5 min early and the guards clock was 5 min fast, his go home time), he told me I'm late, come back in the Am . I shut the truck off and waited. unloaded but banned. GOOD!!!

second time, crap left in trailer and I wanted it out and asked where. was told it's mine take it. we argued, it got left in parking lot perimeter.

    BANNED. GOOD!!

my company sided with me both times,as I was on the phone with them through it all.

I don't even like to shop at wally world. hate their business practices.

Haven't been banned, but got a gate guard fired. I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time, and the guard told me to leave and come back in 15 minutes as I'm staring at a huge wide open lot. I said no thanks, I'll just leave and not come back at all. Looked at his name tag (Bill) and notified the receiver that I was cancelling the load. Got a call 20 minutes later and watched Bill screaming at his boss then driving away without a job. I was loaded and out of there in 30 minutes after that.

And in the process of getting banned cause issues for the company and other drivers? What if the customer decides to ban your entire company? What if that’s someone’s load to get them home? You could just man up and tell your company I’m not going to that customer.

We had a similar situation at a customer, a driver took pictures in their facility and put them all over Facebook. He was banned from that facility and eventually fired. After that incident that customer required us to be escorted at all times inside their facility. Sometimes we would wait for hours to do a simple drop and hook on a trailer that was 100’ from the guard shack.

if you want to #### yourself over, fine, but don’t #### your co-workers in the process.

I thought drivers wanted to be treated as professionals, some of you should start acting like it first.

I was banned from a customer 3 years ago and have continued to go there a few times a year ever since(keeping a low profile of course ). I was there a few weeks ago and I had a run in with the owner who banned me and he chatted with me like a long lost friend for a good 15 minutes, obviously doesn’t have a clue who I am
