Beacon Transport Driver Facing Cameras

It would be ironic if every time a Beacon driver wrecked, they were staring at the driver facing camera.

By all means get over yourself. You still don’t get it. They are invasive, intrusive, petty, stupid, only there to screw the driver.

THERE IS NO GOOD THAT CAN EVER COME FROM DRIVER FACING CAMERAS!!!

You want drivers you can trust?
1)Pay a real wage.
2) Give a hoot about your drivers.
3) Provide top tier healthcare bennies at a resonable price
4) Make hiring requirements more stringent.
5) Properly train your drivers. Including quarterly safety meetings.
6) Don’t let the office play games with your drivers.
7) Hold people accountable for their actions!!!!!!
8) Keep your equipment in top shape. Don’t make a driver dwell over something the shop won’t fix.
9) Provide uniforms & requirments for personal hygiene.

10) Make the saftey office the drivers friend. Not their adversary. A culture where when in question you don’t hesitate to pick up the phone.

I feel that the companies who install this will initially state what youve stated here, but eventually, even if there were no distracted incidents that quarter or year, they will still "review" whats taking place inside the cabs.....because the nature of any company that makes an investment, will utilize that investment ....

Scanning now Capt. it appears to be some sort of non-life form. Definitely scanning our life support systems, however. Recommend we put shields up.
