    So after the 2.25 charge is it worth it overall to take the per diem. I'm thinking not til after the first of the year since there is only a couple of months left in '08 and the tax benefit really isn't going to be that great until '09 when I get the full years income. Also, I could really use all on my check right now since the interuption to my employment and income.
    When I was finishing school they had me fill out whether or not I wanted the per diem pay and I chose "YES". Do you think payroll will change that for me until after the first of the year when I could change it back?

    Kinda locked in with USA for a year so they will pick up my schhol tab
    Thanks for the info on the other companies. After my year I will look them up.

    to me shaffer is a good compeny i have been here for about 4yr i used to be with usa and like i said i could not pay my bill for one year i made about 40,000 here last year i made 80,000

    It would'nt hurt to wait if you wanted and i meant .0225 is what it costs. If you are not running alot it doesn't make a difference but my check is usually 15 to 25 dollars higher than it would've been had i not been on perdiem. That means with them taking out the .0225 cpm i still make more because i'm taxed less.

    Well I finally got a call from my trainer and he's dropping in Michigan and heading this way. Said he'll see me Wednesday A.M. Names "WAYNE" Anybody train at USA with Wayne? Let me know what you think? Good or Bad?!?
