I'm just getting back into dispatching a flatbed. I'm currently using DAT to keep the truck moving but it seems like the worst of the worst brokers are taking over. Until I can get a dedicated lane, I need to use a load board. Where are you finding the best rates? And moreover, I just want an honest, fair broker.
Best load board?

Finding best rates has more to do with the market the truck is in and less to do with the broker or load board.
If in a tight market for trucks many brokers will pay.
Stay out of crap areas unless you get an absolute fortune going in.CAXPT, Deere hunter and cke Thank this.
