Best way to disable a driver facing camera

That question is irrelevant because neither should have ever been installed on/in a truck in the first place.

 

Easy. Tape this to the camera where this is all they see.

 

Well the cameras are “all about safety” and “thick thighs save lives”. So it checks out.

I’d think a winch bar would work famously. Windshield may be collateral damage though.

 

The only solution.
When applying, ask if they have driver facing cameras.
If the answer is "YES", say thank you and walk out.
No need to try to figure out how to disable it.

Be a man. Either suck it up. It's the company's truck. Not your house. You have no special right to privacy. It's no different than cameras in an office.

Don't want to be on camera. Put in your notice and go to another company.

Anything else you do to the camera is illegal.

 

This is always the argument when someone wants some ####### ####ing privacy.
