I’d think a winch bar would work famously. Windshield may be collateral damage though.

The only solution.
When applying, ask if they have driver facing cameras.
If the answer is "YES", say thank you and walk out.

Be a man. Either suck it up. It's the company's truck. Not your house. You have no special right to privacy. It's no different than cameras in an office.
Don't want to be on camera. Put in your notice and go to another company.
