Hi, New to the forums! Because this is a question to different ranges/experience levels in the industry, I wasn't sure where to post this...
I'd like everyone's biggest likes and common frustrations about what they do? And what is it, for context? (i.e., driver for small fleet, big fleet, owner/operator, fleet manager , spouse at home managing things, Terminal manager - whatever it is you do in the industry)
Feel free to share whatever it is – weigh stations, transponders, routing, FMCSA , questionable carriers, all of it!
Biggest frustrations/likes?

My biggest like is beer, my common frustration is the need to work in order to buy the beer.

Main like: The levels of camaraderie on this Forum. Forum members are usually generous with explaining/sharing their knowledge and experience with others. It's also a constructive place to vent.....& find empathy & support (within reason, of course). All this is of course...ver-ry cool!!!
Main dislike: The disrespect we as drivers encounter from outside the industry--& from within. Sadly, part of this comes from some drivers who show a serious lack of decorum, self-respect & consideration for others. They really don't deserve the privilege of being on "the team" with the rest of us...

I like to go places. After 25 years still do. I will go into semi retirement this year but plan to float around as I can afford... ie: rv or maybe Shopping cart
What I dislike is what trucking, and people in general have become.... or maybe I just remember it being better
