And with that, I don't bring you opinions, I bring you facts. ONE) The majority of Asian labor are slaves. TWO) The $30 Nike or Polo shirt you bought from the mall was made in Asia for 50 CENTS.

Majority may have been over exaggerated, but 3 million is still a large number. Come back if YOU have anymore question s

Okay, you're getting there. Now look up fact and reread your last 4 posts on this thread.

    Have a nice day.

As for rates and all that, these 40' rebar purchases for example, are also purchased on large scale numbers which would end up countering the costs to make them seem acceptable.

(numbers are nowhere near accurate just using as example)
For instance, say the customer is in NC and wants 45k pieces of 40' rebar (commercial building contractor). Company A in AZ offers it at $3/ft shipped. So company A offers a total quote of $5.4 million shipped from AZ to NC. Company B in NC now offers the same product to the customer at $4/ft shipped for 45k 40' pieces ending in a $7.2 million quote.

So as it may seem little to us moving this 1 load from coast to coast, in the long run it actually makes for a great economic and financial decision on behalf of that company.
