No it doesn't have to be road ready .. I enjoy projects .. and your right the wheels have been run off most of them so I don't expect a good 1.

I was intrigued as I've never heard of this place. Google maps is also a no go.

Drop me a pin, sounds like a place I'd like to visit.

Classic trucks have always been affordable once they reach the “antique age” 25 years. Classic Truck hobby is not like the classic car hobby were in reality a car is only a $10,000 car and it auctions for $100,000 because someone is emotional about being 40-50 years old and they remember a friend in high school had that model car.
Also most people haven't figured out that cdls aren't needed for the old stuff if it is just a toy. Shhhhh that will be our little secret.

They might be as aerodynamic as a cinder block, but they look so good!

I drove a Marmon 57P(?) like that, only single sleeper, and I got to tell you, I didn't think it was anything special. It had a 400 Cummins, Neway air ride, that sucked, and I just didn't see what all the hoopla was about, I've driven nicer Cornbinders. Now, a truck that WAS nice, was a Diamond Reo conventional, that was a yard horse for an asphalt company I worked for. Even though it was pretty tired, you could see at one time what a nice truck it was. I drove a 9000 day cab, and that too, it's really a Louisville with a bigger hood, but I feel Ford made the best trucks then. The Marmon cabover was an oddball, I think I've seen one in my life.
