This was Colorado, the other day a LEO was killed by a big truck while giving a ticket, the law enforcement along US 287 was stepped up very strong. i saw multiple 4 wheelers pulled over. Very windy conditions too. Later on in Oklahoma, I did see a big truck flipped over due to high winds on an overpass in Boise City OK
