I would notify the local police. If it was a one off he had on a running board or something it goes away. But if three or four report it they can go have some taser practice with him/her.

You're gonna need about 4 hours for it to dry before you get back on the road.

Likewise, at lest you know the "duck and cover" defensive manuver. Heh.
Them cops got some smart techs that can zoom in for such details. Glad you reported it, as I agree with others an think maybe Mr. Pickup didn't like you, trucks or possibly even bricks. Bit strange how it got that much air to trash your windshield like that. Plus cops really hate aggressive/douche bag drivers like that one in your clip. I doubt they'll mind going over the video.
I hope they pass the info on to you an you can have the satisfaction of collecting your money for your windshield out his ###.
Oh, an defiantly get it fixed. That crack will cause you to fail a safety inspection, since it goes right across the driver's view...
Sirscrapntruckalot - You should play some Brick House now...She's a Brick...House...oww..

I did end up emailing the Police. Got a very quick reply, but not to favorable.
frizzbees, Dave_in_AZ, tucker and 2 others Thank this. -

Well can't get much better then that I reckon.
Still at lest your ok, an that's the important part. Insurance is for the rest.
Stay safe.
An watch out for anymore random bricks that are attracted to you or your truck.
Sirscrapntruckalot - She'a brick...house...owww! - I just like the song, so I'm quoting it again.Dna Mach Thanks this. -

If it's airborne, you're covered under your comp policy. If you collided with an object that was a road hazard, then it's collision, and your rate will increase.
Unless you get an 'accident free' discount. Then, any claim would cause a rate increase. Might be wise to pay out of pocket if that's the case.
