It is a US Citizen Right so I would never agree to it. And the reality is I do not own a gun, but I grew up owning lots of guns.

 

It matters cause when POS brokers lie to you "that's all I've got in it" trying to convince you that you're getting all of the money. You as a driver need to know what's the original rate so that you can negotiate and not haul for 2.00 if original rate pays 3.50.

What good would it do you to know the broker is getting 3.50? You’d say 3.50 and he’d still laugh at you and hang up the phone. The load would still move for 2 if that’s what the market is. Knowing the load pays 3.50 isn’t going to change the fact that there are way more available trucks on the spot market than there is available loads.
