BUC-EE's in Amarillo?????

They take alot of pride in the cleanliness of their bathrooms for sure. Buc ee would #### his pants if he saw a Ethiopian washing his feet in the sink.

 

Man...that's something you never fail to see at any service plaza on the PA tpike. Someone's either doing that or brushing their teeth gagging himself with the toothbrush

 

There is a Buccee's close to where I live in Southern Alabama. They do have a lot of room most of the time, but here they get sudden filled up with cars for beach traffic or other tourism. The place can become car chaos, so maybe it's just as well to not have trucks wading through all that.

 

It's worth stopping at one just to see the restrooms lol -

 

I got to where I didn't even go in a truck stop to brush my teeth for that very reason. Unbelievable

 

Of course, you could compare Buc-ee's to Wall Drug in South Dakota. But, as far as "tourist trap", i believe Wall Drug has them beat.

 

I saw someone washing their hair and feet with the squeegee water at the Love's

 

Busy Bee in Live Oak, FL is kind of like Buc-ee's. They do have truck fuel and parking, though.

 

Never ever do I brush in a truck stop. Back of the trailer with a bottle of water.

 

I'm sure it has to do with use and maintenance of the driveway that runs east and west from Attebury Rd to Speedco's parking lot.
