Just saw that...another company ruined by heartless.

Yeah, it ain't good. Millis treated their guys pretty good. Its a real shame

 

One of the last training co's that actually had a very good reputation too...another one down the drain...heartland will ruin this co no no doubt..

 

Except for the driver facing cameras, i agree.

 

I thought they did away with that a couple of years ago.
Nevertheless, they were a really good company to pull for.
I'd still be there but I got run off and still have nothing bad to say about them.
50% turnover says a lot.
Recon what the folks at Kinght/Swift would pay for that.....or what its worth?

 

It's the easiest way for hated big companies
To get a bunch of drivers all at once.
They know the experienced guy with a brain
Is not walking through their doors.

Is there some secret internet location that trucking
Companies that are for sale are hidden on.
Every time one of these big companies buys
Another company, I never knew that the company
They bought was for sale.

Never had a clue. Wake up one morning and
One of them bought the other one.
These deals just don't happen overnight.
