    Here's me driving our 1985 freightliner day cab. Has a 300hp big cam 3 backed by an 8 speed on spring ride. This was taken last winter when I was headed down to Birmingham with a load of steel out of northwest Indiana. Changed the wheels to aluminum and removed those cab extenders since then.

    I found a '57 KW cabover on Kijiji a few years back. Should have bought that instead of the W900A.

    I know that there are certain issues I have with cabovers. But tonight I am swept away by nostalgia for them. The 87's and 83's in particular... I thought those were Freightliners best work in COE form.

    Not the same, nothin' like laying down to get dressed and then spend the next five minutes picking up what was in your pockets, doesn't have the same effect. Lol
