Thanks pal. I got here to Driscoll at 4pm for my 9pm appt. I checked in and they backed me in right away. And here I sit, at the dock trying to figure out why they backed me in so early and not load me.

I got a chance to see the new trucks while I was in the yard.
Wow what a difference. The engines are so clean looking! None of the science experiment stuff with wires every which way. The interior is nice too. The shifting controls are about a third the size with a small joystick sticking up. More drawers and better laid out cabinetry has an overall effect of making the space feel larger.

2 new construction zones have opened up on 80 going east. And 1 new 1 going westbound. All of them are having substantial backups.

Ran across the team from south carolina in the yard. God I love to hear that southern accent. Even having lived in texas for 10 years, I need a translator if they are excited. It just sounds so beautiful though I don't care. Like the ones from massachusetts too. It's a totally different sound but I stbthink it's cool

    John....

I think I'll just be staying in this one for now (xx271). Would you mind doing me a huge favor please in case we don't cross paths this week, and if possible put all my remaining gear in my spare seabag and leave w/Brian and Mort? Really wanting to get my tags on the grill of this truck, and my stereo once I find the right wiring harness to match Volvo's LOL.

I'm p/u now in Havre de Grace, MD with a short jump to Lumberton, NJ for tonight. Still having a blast (little over 15,000 miles in 5 weeks), though last Thursday was rough. Started by having to take my son back home, then my load out from the port was rejected for loading due to a leaking trlr. I ended up repowering a Tampa load out of GA, but not before having to kill about three hours waiting for a flat repair hahaha. Delivered and reloaded there, kicked it off this morning in Baltimore. Now here I am, and now off I go since I just got a green light. Y'all be safe, more later on... ;-)

Mort sent me your number. I'll call you in the am. I'll pack up all your belongings you left in this truck including the tags on the front, in fact, the tags on the front will be the first thing packed for you.
