    I forget something,somebody can explain this .why I have $ 25.- to send to the court for what is this money to pay the dot officer tell me this is not a ticket,why I have to pay this money

    Itsvary hard to u.derstand what the op is trying to say, but if its about the sticker being on the window, you can remove it if you want, just be ready to get pulled in for another one soon, they might notvif they that stker, your call its part of the job

    The dot give me my paperwork from the inspection,and he tell me I have $ 25 to send to the court ,why

    What does the paper work say? Did he issue you a citation or issue a warning? Weird that you got the sticker with some kind of a fine.

    now thats weird...u get a safety sticker and a $25 dollar fine of some sort...I dont get that one either

    Possibly because he got it all fixed right then and there? IDK I've never heard of that before. :biggrin_2554: But this is Cali we are talking about. Maybe WCP can shed some light on this. I'll send him the link.

    The roadservice fixed my 2 problems,after the dot give me my driverlicence and the paperwork,a other driver have 1 problem and have to pay the same to the court $ 25.-

    Yeah, if they cite you, even a minor violation, you pay. Ca. also charges you what would be the fine if you plead guilty and go to traffic school to keep it off your record, you still pay court fees etc. ( They have since quit letting CDL holders do this ).

    Like what Scottied said....The decal (CVSA) is for 2012.....Typically an L1 will put you in the "Good Graces" for at least 15 days with the coops...
    You should also received in addition to the decal, a copy of the report which is to be forwarded to your carrier or...If you are an O/O...Copy it and have one for your records at your "home" terminal...And one in your driver's binder to show the next inspector if requested....
