    PG&E is full of it; plenty of cheap labor in California because it's a sanctuary state with plenty of labor that will work for half wages. They don't use E-Verify because they think it's racist; so plenty of cheap labor.

    They already said they are going to file for bankruptcy, stiff their creditors and start over. I am glad I don't live in their service area. Folks complained and sued them over shutting off power during wind events, then sued them when they lost power, can't have it both ways. Personally, the owner of the tree should be billed for trimming it.

    PG&E is the "owner of the trees". They had to buy and agree to maintain ROW that probably is at least 100 feet wide in rural areas (50 foot off the central path of the high capacity transmission lines).
