California ticket advice please

I usually do the same. When I push it, is when I suddenly find I am in problem finding a spot.

 

Please don't take offense, but your opinion doesn't count when they are handing you the bill for the CHP's services. Lol. Only theirs does. Trust me. I learned the hard way in Arkansas. My opinion was I was tired and needed to pull of the ramp in arkadelphia. Their opinion was I was wrong and for being so generous with giving me the opinion that I was wrong, they charged me $900 for parking on that ramp. It was also their opinion that my logbook was wrong. They charged me $300 for that opinion too!

 

The Assault On Truckers Continues...

It looks to me that the FMCSA and DOT has put alot of UNNECESSARY STRESS on the truck drivers...

This is what the drivers get because drivers refuse to Orginize and FIGHT since deregulation..

This ''assault'' on truckers will only get worse until the Government has taken all the money from it or drivers FIGHT BACK just like the Gay Community,African Americans,the unions and many other groups that fought for there rights..

The trucking game is RIGGED and against all drivers.It is ''Business as Usual'' for everyone else..

In the end,i BLAME LAZY TRUCKERS who continue to have rubber spines and do nothing to orginize..

Being a Compliant Obiediant Sheep,feeding into there hand will get you nowhere..

Truckers must Practice Civil Disobedience..

things are defenitely out of control. that's for sure.

trucking was fun 13 years ago. now, it's just a flat out joke.

i got a ticket 2 years ago. for parking on the street. RIGHT at my destination, waiting to get on their property. signs say no parking unless loading/unloading. i sent a letter to the city, the city said OH WELL. i scanned a benjamin and sent it back.

 

I got one of those back in 2000 in Bridgeview IL sitting outside the gate. Paid the ticket and removed them forever for loads.

 

A friend of mine just got a log book ticket.He was sleeping at the recievers dock and was awoken by the Mass Cop...

He did not draw his line from drivetime to the sleeper birth.So the Mass cop gave him a log ticket...

I just got one from NY last week because my ''reflective tape'' was 1 inch to short.......I guess i am an ''unfit'' violent trucker now...What a Joke this has become and a MONEY MACHINE for the Government..

 

mine was in one of them towns in the city of los angeles.

 

I know that problem out there.

Mine, I just banned the whole town.
