Here’s a route you could go.

ARI has customers that peel off a sleeper and sell them for $5-10k.

A new one starts at 55k. Just the sleeper.

Buy a good old Pete or KW, remove the sleeper, stretch frame and slap on used big bunk.

Mine is 320” WB, with a 120” ICT, with room for step boxes. Bought it for $45k.

The new trucks and sleepers go for $225-260k - bit too pricey for that new truck smell for me. And I’ll never own an alphabet soup truck.

Generator, roof top air, water tank, water heater, fridge, TV, microwave,inverter/charger - shower, sink, cassette toilet. They’re not that much more complicated than a regular truck, if you’re already familiar with an RV.

I had the thought of putting a collapsible water tank under the seat and a reversible pump to fill it and then to pump out to a fixture. What kind of pump did you end up using? Just a regular 12V job? Do you have it mounted solidly, and if so how do you fill it? It seems very useful, but I get along well enough with a one gallon jug to brush my teeth with.

My 40 gallon tank would fit under a fixed passenger seat. Uses a standard little 12v pump.

Hose fitting to the top with shut off ball valve.

Get fancy and throw a water heater under the bunk.

I've restored some VW Westy campers and I came across this setup years ago. Cheap and simple submersible 12v pump with a faucet that has the switch built in it. Cold water only.

    Sink Water Pump

    Sink Faucet

Mine sink is a stainless steel bowl with a low profile drain in a drawer in my Volvo. I saw pics of this done online and copied the whole setup. I think it was or is a Volvo option. Tank, as I said earlier, is just an Aquatainer (blue) water jug from Walmart. I fill it up at home with the hose or gallon jugs every couple weeks.

OP, I realize this has nothing on the full sleeper but figuring out the comforts of home in a regular condo sleeper is all I've needed so far.
