If anything I could see it working the other way. Not sure how long footage is kept but let's say a driver, texting, runs into a line of stopped traffic at highway speeds. Now let's say a lawyer uncovers previous events showing this same driver distracted. It could easily be argued that the 'company' was negligent in not taking strong enough action to ensure this driver exercised proper care and control of his vehicle.TheDudeAbides and tucker Thank this. -
