Something that David Allen Coe might tack on to the end of a song?

There are lost of places I drive where the only way to get into the left lane with a big truck is to make an appointment LAST WEEK or push a car or two into the median when you change lanes. Also, new truck drivers are just as likely to jump into the left lane, and prevent you making a lane change, when they see a truck with a turn signal on as any of the 4-wheelers.

All you can do is do what you can do. If you can't move over, slow down. A cop in a bad mood cannot be defended against.

The cops could all trade in their SUVs for gold-plated helicopter patrol cruisers if they would start to write tickets to 1% of vehicles cruising in the left lane. BTW, cops drive EVERYWHERE IN THE LEFT LANE. I have about 3% as much respect for them after seeing them ignore traffic laws as I did when I started driving.

they can get away with it so it's a moot point.
There's far more decent cops by far than bad ones.

At some point in life i realized that the people who insist everything in life can be planned out if youd just follow their exact guidelines, just dont have a clue what theyre talking about and arent worth wasting time on. Be pleasant and let them carry on in their own little world where everything makes sense. They already know everything so you aint gonna teach em nuthin new.

For me it was a guy named bobby who for 14 years nicely criticized everything i ever did. No matter what i was doing it wasnt quite right and hed prescribe a fix that id never follow. Im doing ABC and he says thats all wrong, u should do XYZ [like i did, in order for you to get to where i think you should go in life.] One day to get him to shut up early i just totally flipped my agreement switch and said youre right, im gonna switch to XYZ.

    You know what he said?

No no no.. You need to do EFG.

Youre never gonna please these people so just be polite and avoid them.

Yeah, I work with a dude like that. Always criticizing for no reason at all.

I drop a trailer here “no it goes over there”

I load a skid steer backwards “no load it forwards”

    #### off, I’ll load the equipment I have to pull down the road how I want.

He’s a nice enough guy out of work but I hate working with him. Just mind your own business you aren’t even on my crew.

He’s one of those guys who’s been there 30 years and just gets on everyone’s nerves because he’s a know it all and always telling someone they’re doing something wrong when it isn’t even wrong. It’s just not how he does it.

Half the problem is other people thinking or pretending another poster is getting upset.

The dangers of faceless communication. That's why governments have been using diplomats and ambassadors even after humans learned to write.

You nailed it. And well said.
A person who needs to be right all the time and at any cost probably suffers from some type of psychosis or disorder. Usually it’s narcissistic personality disorder.
