    if you are used to making the decisions and have just been told where to go, there will be a learning curve, the help of a coordinator will be a valuable service to you.

    it truly isn't as simple as " I bought my own truck so I can go where I want" , mercers system is set up to help at the start and wean yourself off when you are ready, frankly its the best of both worlds.
