If it's a Frightliner [sic], yes,,,I drove a '99 Columbia for a friend, had almost a mil on it, and while it still ran great ( 500 Detroit), it began to fall apart like a Chinese motorcycle. Oddly, right around a mil, as if to say, you got your money's worth, time for a new one. Obviously,, they engineer those things so you don't use them forever. Just about everyday, it was something. 1st the cruise didn't work, then the adjustable steering wheel broke, wiper motor, heater motor, hearer core, a/c condenser ( that Freightliner couldn't locate for some reason), it was awful,,,but it still ran great. Up to you, I've driven Pete's and KW's with millions of miles,( my '72 Pete in avatar had many, many miles on it) and never fell apart like that.Last edited: Jul 6, 2020
