can you get csa points without an inspection?

you can accumulate csa points as long as an officer pulls you over.I got points for a burned out lite on the trl and was on my way to fix it.

 

I'm glad that officer pulled you over, running with a burned out light is dangerous. In fact your whole carrier should have been shut down as an imminent egregious deadly hazard on the nation's highways. That officer, though grotesque in his duties (to us) probably saved lives. You need that officer on the highway, you want that officer on the highway! You can't handle the truth!!

Hey now,lol.I stopped at a rest area to take tiny out and did a walkaround.I bet oh scottie doesnt even do that.I call my company and they send me to freightliner to get it fixed and while on my way an officer stopped me,didnt ticket me but found out from a company that was on my csa score.
