Can you remove navplus head unit and replace with a regular radio?

    I have a 2015 kw t680. I hate navplus. I just like the screen to suction cup my Rand McNally GPS. However, can you replace the head unit with a regular radio?

    I am sure it can be done, but KW might have to do it since the nav+ is tied to the ecm (for the gauges...at least the one I had in a Pete was) I drove a t680 at Big G that didn't have the Nav+ option and it had a regular am/fm/xm/wx/cd radio
