There is a sign hanging at the Phoenix terminal that says if you want to run loads to Canada, Swift will pay the $50 dollar fee for the FAST card, you just have to go get an application from your DM

And you do not need a pardon or waiver if you have a dui or two. They just have to be old enough for you to be considered rehabilitated. In my case, they were over 35 years old. Just sayin'.

That is @ the discretion of the man/lady @ the booth when you try to enter Canada.

Have you seen truck drivers go back and forth with pets?

I have not seen any pets on Canadian or American trucks when crossing the border.

Yes you can take pets. Make sure you have their vaccinations up to date and the paperwork to back it up though just in case.

When I get dispatched sometimes they send a followup message stating to watch out for low bridges, stuff like that.

Now when you get dispatched to Canada, do they send a followup message explaining what to do like 'remember to send the border crossing' and 'switch logs to Canada' on the Elogs? I mean, is there a class or any training to it or just get dispatched and go, good luck?
