Millis was and still is a pos training company. Even back when I made the mistake of working for them right around the time one of their “trainers” ran over and killed someone because he was paying more attention to watching his dirty movies while driving. They were a typical scumbag Wisconsin company before and obviously still are.
snowmantrucking101 Thanks this. -
Once you’ve driven for a few more years you will hopefully realize that a thousand mile week is not a “slow week”, it’s a disrespectful waste of time. That’s less then two full days, especially pulling dry vans.Knucklehead, hotrod1653, wulfman75 and 4 others Thank this.

i think he meant $, not miles.
-
According to their website, new drivers make 44cpm. That math ain’t mathing.
-
It sure ain’t.
1000 miles at .44 cents a mile comes up to
$440 dollars.
Running 3000 miles at that same rate comes up to $1320 dollars, all of this is before taxes and anything else is taken out of course.
$440 dollars today wouldn’t even top off the fuel tanks of the truck-company driver, lease purchase or otherwise! -
Sorry My Bad.

Most of those days weeks were weather shutdowns for a day or half the day where I was. One or two of those weeks were also me having to reset from my previous 70 that I let run into the next week not understanding recaps all the way as a rookie. No argument in your response more of an explanation.

You angry bro, blaming a company for an individuals bad behavior seems like a reach
