One of the unloader coils on the compressor is likely bad.Its just a fuel saving device that doesn't effect the operation of the unit ,you dont even have to change it.But its easy to do.Just pull the coil off the valve stem and push the new one on,then hook up wires
BTW the unit is a 2007 carrier ultra xtc

my carrier reefer was stopping and starting every 20 min with yellow light error a0000028 check refrigeration system message
took it to shop and they changed the psi sensor 460$
