My first foray in trucking was in '77. Handles definitely were a thing. Since I was a rock climber I went by Cliffhanger. My brother had been a journeyman plumber, so he went by Plumber.
The problem with my brother's handle was that it's synonymous with Commercial Buffalo.

Get named after a mistake? I got some ideas. My last codriver gets Curb Surfer. That guy had an uncanny ability to roll over just about every curb and be totally fine with it.
