CB radio ban

The federal government will be happy to assist you in that request.

 

Technically they are illegal to use in the United states while driving, with out using a hands free mic any way, but I've never heard of anyone being ticketed for it

 

It's exempt, also with navigation system and safety system like Qualcomm.

Actually, we have fewer restrictions to getting into this industry as either a driver and/or O/O, fewer rules and more flexible and driver-friendly HOS than in the U.S.
