Seen a driver just about to hit 60 or is already 60 slinging cases with my own two eyes recently. Not teaming either.

Did you check with those I listed? KKW website has "no experience required" and "if you have a cdl we'll train you."

I believe it; more power TO him... the guy at our local Dollar store has been on the account for 9 years, and can run circles around me. He backs like a mo'fo too. The OTHER Dollar store account, however, has been thru 5 guys in the last few months. I tried to help, teach, train, spot...to no avail. I quit going there....I'm staying with the 1st one....LoL. (It's Werner, btw..second is USX.)

I will check with them on Monday, if someone is in the office, trying to find someone in the office on a Holiday weekend is almost impossible.

I received a PM asking me what recovery is like. For those curious. it was huge learning curve. You learn some care about their rig, some don't, and you wonder if it will ever be clean enough for someone else to drive. 2 identical trucks shift differently, and you will learn how to drive everything from a 6 speed, to a an 18 speed, the only automatic I saw was an Allison in a straight truck. You will learn about spread axles, flat beds, step decks, lowboys, refers, tankers (Food and gas/water), pneumatic, and dry vans. I am glad I did it, I just wish the work were steady. It is a job where you never stop learning.
The worst recovery, a refer unit with fish, only problem was, refer ran out of fuel a few days earlier, and the fish oil was seeping out the rear doors of the trailer. It was nasty, as was the inside of the truck, pee bottles, greasy floor in the sleeper, and the ex-driver was nice enough to crap in a bag and put it under the bed. I have been around decaying bodies, even ate lunch, but this made me puke, and gag as I drove it, every time I slowed or stopped I could smell it. It also made me question if I wanted to do this or not, but I thought back to the long nose Pete a few weeks earlier, you could eat off the floor of it, it was so clean. It is amazing how a handful can put a dark cloud over an entire industry.

Wow, man... just WOW.. How YOU don't get the golden "go ahead" badge for doing this, is beyond me. (I kind of feel bad about the long nose Pete's owner...yeah, we take care of our stuff.... look at @wore out 's.. mine's a baby version, sloppy second.)
Driving DIFFERENT stuff, everyday, is a TALENT within itself. I have NO CLUE why in our industry, this counts for shix. This acually ticks me off...... You have a better stomach than I. I've driven MANY different rigs/styles/shifts in my days, but to do it EVERY week, a different, and how THAT doesn't count, man.. you got me.
Kudos and my hat off to you. Just DANG.
Hit up some of the places @Chinatown laid out, first and foremost. I'm thinking SOMEBODY is gonna give a care. Sure hope so.. really.

Someone will, but driving them from a street/lot, to another lot, and generally if it is a refer load you drop it in a drop lot somewhere, is a lot different than loading/unloading them. I still have a lot to learn. I am not sure if the learning ever stops.

To realilstically answer that, it sure sure does not. Every DAY I learn a thing or two... (or ten.) When I quit believing I'm too good to learn anymore, I'll hang up my keys. Still think you should be able to get into a company with something as quick as a road test, (which obviously, you'd pass) and maybe a FEW days with a trainer, to learn the ropes of "said company." It's out there, man. You're just gonna have to beat feet to find it.
