You need to update your research, Quality Leasing is no longer part of Celadon Group.
They separated ways 2 years ago after the screwing they gave celadon. all of the so called execs involved in this mess are no longer with Celadon, and haven't been for 2 years. Celadon is and will stay in business
they have gotten rid of all extraneous companies that are not part of the core business.

    Key word is......wait for it......

Celadon was running a trucking company and started a leasing company called Quality.
Quality overstated the value of the POS International Max Force tractors, and that's, basically how this all began.
Quality is Celadon, and Celadon is Quality.

If you don't believe me, why did Celedon pay $42m for what Quality did?

    Read up, bub.

What you missed was I never denied Celadon Group started the Quality Companys Leasing division. I just tried to point out that they were two different companies under one roof at that time NOW at this time they are not affiliated in any shape or form. and Celadon "trucking" is better for it.

But what quality did is why Celadon is paying $42 million. Granted, they don't have to pay that all at once, but a hit like that when they're not making money may be more than they will be able to handle.

One of the reasons they are getting rid of the other noncore divisions is to help pay that down and purchase new equipment
