Anyone actually work there seems like a good company main thing how much are you making a week? They advertise 63k to 85k a year. 46 to 50 cpm .. Great benefits.

Most of the loads I've seen on their trucks are tarped....And that includes in good weather...

So? I've never done flatbedding but I rather get active and do some work vs just slamming doors haha. And they pay to tarp I'm sure every other flatbed company does..

What you need from the company is average driver wage from last year.
A more realistic number than "top pay" which will never be realized.

    Drivingotr4life Thanks this.

I never looked forward to tarping a load that I shouldn't of have had too. They have some conestogas, but the drivers I've talked too told me you had to be there a while. I picked up roofing shingles in Compton, tied down my load and was on my way, meanwhile, there was the central ore driver tarping down his load. This was in the summer. I never worked there, just pointing out my observations....

Back in the old steel hauling days, there were a few flatbed companies that required all loads tarped, period.
Whether the shipper required it or not. Policy.
Beth Steel in Sparrows Point,Md. required tarps, before you left the gate. Even old scrap steel sprung coils, that had been laying outside in the mud for months, had to be tarped.

Not sure a recruiter would know or tell you.
They are paid to put people in trucks and telling you what the max wage could be is one way of doing that.
Ask them how many actually earned that number.
My guess is that number is maximum miles driving combined w maximum activity pay plus any bonuses offered

Last I knew they had cameras in the trucks for at least the first 6 months you are there.
