My BP used to be in the range where after the nurse took it, she would run out and get the doc.

I lost about 30 lbs and it is now normal.

Drove from Canaan, CT to Richmond, VA today..proud of myself..even though I wanted to punch about 45 ppl in the face today I humbly refrained. Tried to get out of the NE ASAP, but Jersey, Baltimore and DC had different plans Think I'll reward myself with a Popeyes chicken sammich.

Flying vajayjay, heading to new Orleans. Turn and burn in Laredo baby! Don't think I was there an hour. It appears they are collecting old trailers there to sell and new ones to put into service .They had trailers parked everywhere including the idle air spaces. I got lucky, mine was easy to find could have just as easily run my clock out looking for it.

 

Here's a link to the recipe I used. Follow the instructions the same way except I use a whole 8.5 oz jar of julliene cut sun dried tomatoes and I do not drain the oil. I use the oil too. And I don't use basil. If you can't find compabelle pasta just I've big bowties or ziti. Gotta use a thick pasta.
