changes at Arnold

    got a message recently arnold was going to "pay for BOL" no more off the Q-comm. could be bad a times but not REALLY a big deal.
    got a message today though that i am not real happy with!! they are cutting the trucks down to 60 freaking 2!!!! i guess i will be OK i drove my first 2 yrs with USA at 62-63!!

    Hey if you don't care pat line up behind shaffer so i can pass yall both at the same time......Lol, just kidding dude but at least you got to see past 63 for a little while. Maybe it will be a while before you're due in for service and you can stretch it out a little longer.

    Sounds like a pay cut to me... your now going to lose 25 to 50 miles a day multiply that by 7 and you have lost that many miles a week just by cutting the truck down. I really hate it for you. it should be illegal for a carrier to not be able to run the speed limit.

    being that usually ALL available hours aren't used i see it more as a cut in "free time"

    Yeah it aint like were knocking down 3600 right now.Lol.... If I get a 500 mile run I have 3days to del in I might want to run it 50mph at a time, who knows.

    B4 sept. I was getting 2900-3500 since sept. I have got 2200-2500. Last 2 weeks was 2192 and 2068, I haven't exactly started out setting the woods on fire this week either but hopefully with 5 days left on this pay period it will p/u. What are y'all doing right now?

    it seems lots of truck companies are lowering the max speed on trucks. also does arnold have the orientation in georgia. all is going well with the process. if all goes well ill be going to orientation on dec 29th. i already got application sent and fingerprints done for the hazmat indorsement. hope all is going well with you happy holidays

    GOOD NEWS!!!!!! arnold has decided NOT to lower the speed from 65 to 62!!! guess they had a lot of drivers that would quit.:biggrin_255:
