A neat logbook makes a huge difference as well. I've had many bear simply flip through, not really checking much.
A current logbook is a must as well. They look a lot for your break now too, but current and neat, are going to help get you back on the highway.
I've only gone around two scales, both California, and that was because both times I had electrical issues, and I'm certain I'd been pulled in, and opened the door.
Just keep your #### wired tight, you never know when your gonna get a roadside as well. I mean when your in Texas you have a very good chance at a roadside.

I saw a miracle happen the other day. Weigh station was Open so I go in and the truck immediately behind me had one burned out headlight. I thought, ' cool they will be busy with him and let me go on.' Well they just weighed him and let him get right back up on the big road. Color me shocked.

Unfortunately we bought some Iams treats. The ones that were tainted with Chinese poison. We had to put him to sleep. He belonged to my 11 year old son. -
