Commercial Insurance Question

I start in this thread, I’m up for renewal this week, I’ve had Northland forever, I’ve been trying to contact Great West, left them my 411 on a call, didn’t hear anything, left my 411 on a request quote using email and nothing. Is this Insurance institution for reals ? Is this how they do business? Does anyone have a direct number where I can speak to an agent or broker instead of going in circles?

Blair was the only one to reply, thanks buddy. Anyways. Decided to stay with Northland, with a 2% increase, I can live with it. I contacted Great West several times and they never replied so they can GFThemselves.

 

If they are that hard to connect with to give them your business, imagine what it would be like if you needed to file a claim.

Made a good choice staying with your current insurer I'd say.

 

Every time I call them I get someone live to talk to. Maybe you weren't calling the right number? I shopped my policy last year, and the terrible service I received by those supposedly wanting my business caused me to take a class or two and get my insurance licenses. I figure I've bought truck insurance for the last 25 or so years, I might as well sell it and do a better job than most of these other agents. Northland is a good carrier. GW prices should be similar.

 

Great west casualty can GFT. They never returned my calls nor emails, I even looked in my spam folders and calls, NOTHING. I tried for 2 weeks. I will never drop a dime on them ever again.
