there is no expectation of privacy when you have windows on at least 3 sides of the vehicle. You can be viewed from a public vantage point thru these windows.
Privacy must be created. A curtain may be drawn over the windows or, the curtain between the cab and sleeper. Or, the camera covered when legally parked. There will never be successful case law arguing your opinion against their use.

Anyway, just curious who you've driven for and who you're currently driving for. Me, I've been out of the industry for almost three years. Thinking about going back, but it seems like there's been a big increase in companies using these cameras just over the course of the past three years. I'd rather not work in the industry if the trend continues. I find it disgusting. This practice should be outright banned. -
