You may add Carolina Tank Lines out of Burlington NC to the list. I just recently found this out.

I don't mind cameras, just not facing inside, that's invading my privacy

CFI has both driver and outward facing cameras. Recently they sent a message out saying their okay and approve if you want to cover up the lens on the driver facing camera only.

Old Dominion Freight Line uses outward facing Lytx cams. Apparently they face inward as well, but the inward camera is disabled.

Haven't been keeping up with this topic during the past several years so I thought I'd take a peek. I don't recall ever hearing of any company offering drivers the option of covering up the inward lens. I've heard CFI isn't too bad a company to drive for...this news supports that.

Really doesn't matter if you cover the driver facing or not (it does if your in the back)
The forward facing camar can still see you using the reflection of the windshield and the hood mirror
