I never had a SAP problem.
I quit Drugs (except Nicotine) and Alcohol in June, '92, and got my Class A License in latter '98, where I had to wait 7 years after a Class C DUI in August '91, NC.
There are DUES that will be paid in Transportation.
Until You PROVE You're Trustworthy, you'll sadly suffer the DUES and Lower Pay, and it will not be any different if you "jump ship". In fact it could well be worse.
