Concerns with Maverick Trans. physical test

I got the physical was told I had to take a sleep test to get the dot cars, maverick refused to set me up with one without the dot card, the clinic refuses to get me the dot card without the sleep test. So I have to go get a sleep test pay for it myself and not be reimbursed then drive 2 hours to a clinic that did my physical and get my dot card. I looked it up where I live a company can't make you get a sleep test and not pay for it, if they don't pay for it they cannot make it mandatory.

 

One thing you may not have considered is the time of year. I live about an hour or so from Maverick’s headquarters in North Little Rock. It’s hot and humid this time of year. For example, the temps are predicted to be in the upper 90s this week. Humidity will also be high. I went fishing Saturday and was hot and miserable by 11:00 and went home. You might want to wait until the fall to come here for flatbed training.
