    SPECIFICS????

First of all, Knight is not a starter company. They've been in business for 20 years and the turnover rate is getting worse, not better!!

Your dispatcher will lie to you about not having another dispatch available. He will give one to someone else even if you're sitting at that customers location!!

Your dispatcher will lie to you about getting paid extra!!

Your dispatcher will take a dispatch away from you and give it to someone else even if you've already been preplanned for it!!

Your dispatcher will lie to you about where to get an empty and you'll drive all over looking for one and when you can't find one, he'll give your dispatch to someone else!! In the meantime, you've wasted hours of your limited time.

Your dispatcher will lie to you when you call, putting you on hold while he talks on the phone with buddies unrelated to business and leave you on hold until you hang up!!

Your dispatcher will lie to you about getting you home for some special occassion. Dr's appt? Tax man? Daughters wedding? Forget it, it won't happen!!

Your dispatcher will lie to you about your miles, saying you're getting more than the others when you are not!!

Your dispatcher will lie to you about putting you in a new truck. When the new truck arrives, he will give it to someone else!!

Your dispatcher will lie saying he tried to call you multiple times to tell you something important when he made no such call!! And if you don't answer your phone when he calls, you go to the bottom of the dispatch list!!

How many more examples do you want or need?

I thought it was around that much. Some seem to be doing better than others. Also what's the deal with unemployment? I nailed CR England to the wall with unemployment, and I quit, told them they tried to have me run a illegal load and I quit. CR England had two lawyers fight it and the Judge burned them a new one.

Well, when you get spoon fed the info, it's pretty easy isn't it? I see that you are in MN, so you want to run for those clowns up there. Been there, been in their HUGE office, and it took a very long time for them to give me the correct stuff that I needed to run. It was impressive. Ran into a guy who worked out of that office in Fargo. He was in a Cabover Freightliner, with a screamin' Jimmy, or something close to it under the hood.

He was happy as all get out to be driving a cabover flat-top than running a Knight truck.

    Think about that for awhile.

So in a nutshell, anybody considering Knight needs their head checked. For those of us that have been there and done it...well with many hours of recuperation, a healthy diet, plenty of miles, HONESTY, and a decent wage, we too can overcome the damage inflicted the supreme mega junk hauler known as Knight Transportation.

Thinking of working for the tragedy known as Knight ? Are you F'in serious ?

and yes, I am still kicking myself for not quitting on vacation. I said enoughs enough and I am driving the 750 miles home ! A load magically appeared picking up 23 miles from where I was at and delivering 10 miles from my house. They wanted me to wait until the next evening to get a junk 300 mile load with a day and half on it going to Atlanta for a Saturday morning delivery. Idiots !

Whipping boy had to of worked for Knight, he mentioned almost exactly what happened to me in the 14 months I was there! That's the game the Denver office played constantly, that is why Kmart in Brighton kicked Knight out, total incompetence. I wish I had known about this website b4 I signed up # Knight!

WB did work for Knight in a non-driver position. He makes no secret of that. He has in fact driven home the points that we have been trying to get across to these idiotic fanboys, Knight takes dishonesty to a whole new level, among other things.

Oh and me too Captain, man if I had known of this site before working for Knight. I would have never wasted my time with them either. Only a misguided individual takes a pay cut for a mega junk hauler that puts more effort into recruiting rather than retention.

i was wondering what had happened to the loads out of the brighton dc. the last few times i'd been there, i never to a preplan for something picking up out of there. i'd much rather do the kmart runs than the overloaded/improperly loaded walmart/sam's club dc runs out of loveland. i just LOVE how that dc doesn't allow any outside carriers to use their scale. it's almost as if they know they've screwed up on the loading, and the trailer will find its way back to a door to be corrected.

When the shipper wont allow you to use THEIR scale to check THEIR load, you can almost guarantee it isn't right AND THEY KNOW IT!
